ACC Wales recently organised a wonderful outing to Dinosaur Park as part of the Carers Journey Project, in collaboration with the West Glamorgan Regional Partnership programme. Carers enjoyed a day full of adventure, connection, and memory-making, bringing our community closer together. This event highlighted the value of shared experiences and provided a refreshing break for those who give so much of themselves to care for others.
The Healthy Spinning Exercise program offered by the African Community Centre Wales is a wonderful way for community members to stay active and improve their well-being.
