A Memorable Day for Our Unpaid Carers and Their Families

ACC Wales celebrated a special day at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo for unpaid carers and their loved ones. Families relished the chance to explore diverse animals and enjoy exciting attractions. This event provided carers and their families with valuable quality time together, creating joyful memories and offering a well-earned break from their duties. We are thrilled to have facilitated such a fulfilling experience and to have witnessed so many happy faces throughout the day.

The Community Transport programme offered by the African Community Centre Wales provides essential transport support to those who may otherwise struggle to access services and participate in local activities. By ensuring community members can attend medical appointments, social events, and educational programmes, this initiative enhances social inclusion and promotes independence. Such efforts are crucial in building a connected and supportive community, allowing individuals to engage more fully with the resources and opportunities available in Wales. This service plays an important role in reducing isolation and improving the quality of life for those in need.

We would love for you to be a part of our journey. Get involved, volunteer, or follow ACC Wales for the latest updates and opportunities to connect with our community.
