Culinary Journey: Unpaid Carers’ Cooking Experience

At ACC Wales, we celebrated our unpaid carers with therapeutic cooking workshops that united diverse cultures. These sessions offered a space to create delicious dishes, fostering friendships, boosting confidence, and enhancing wellbeing. A heartfelt experience, these workshops reinforced our commitment to supporting communities and brought people together in a warm, inclusive environment.

The African Community Centre Wales invites community members to participate in our Healthy Spinning Exercise programme. This engaging activity supports physical health and encourages community bonding in a friendly environment. Regular exercise helps improve cardiovascular health, boost energy levels, and reduce stress. By bringing people together, we aim to promote overall well-being and a sense of connection. All are welcome to join, regardless of fitness level. This programme aligns with our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the African and wider community in Wales.

Join us in making a difference! Get involved, volunteer, or follow ACC Wales for the latest updates and opportunities to contribute. We can’t wait to welcome you.
